Management
AAMHCC partners 988 initiative in order to combat the mental health crisis in our community. This will help provide real time access to a trained professional who will provide telephonic interventions.
AAMHCC stabilization facility will provide short term observation (less than 24 hours) for those who are in need. (other interventions will be provided based on the case)
AAMHCC Mobile crisis team will meet most patient at a community base location (home, work, store, shelter etc.. ) in a timely manner. Patients will be assessed and transported to the stabilization if there is a need.
After discharger all patients will be followed up by a case manager within 24 hours
